Our LEGO Projects

Welcome to our little LEGO NXT projects page.

LEGO NXT is a robotics system developed by LEGO (yes, the stick the bricks together people) that allows you to build and program small robotics projects.

The system is divided into a simple 'brick' with a 32-bit ARM7 250MHz processor and various sensors and actuators. It is a bit limited on memory but you can program the system in a sudo C like language and is a big step on the previous LEGO RCX system.

While we are building various components for The Softants Project, we have released the following projects that we developed for the LEGO NXT. Both projects are based on the idea of a line follower with one project using Fuzzy Logic to do the task and the other project using more simplistic methods that can be used on LEGO RCX kits. For further details about the LEGO NXT and RCX robotic systems, please visit the offical LEGO NXT site.

There are two project included on this website that involve LEGO (full source code is included):

If you would like to contact us about either of these projects, please do not hesitate to get in touch via our online Contact Form.
